As the end of the year looms into view, no doubt many people start thinking about New Year resolutions, and aims and ambitions for 2019.

Well why not take a look at some of the fitness and training sessions available at Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club, to help get into shape and improve your health for new challenges ahead?

A membership at WLTSC opens the door to all of the club’s facilities including tennis, squash, racketball and the gym and new strength and conditioning area known as ‘The Pit’.

But a large number of the gym classes are also available for non-members who are always made to feel extremely welcome.

A Detox programme is booked in for January, making for that extra-healthy start to the New Year, along with all the other regular fitness sessions put on by the enthusiastic and experienced team of Personal Trainers.

These include functional training, core, boxercise, metafit and circuits, as well as yoga, pilates and zumba.

The gym itself caters for all types of members, whether just looking for a short workout in an air-conditioned, friendly environment every week or something more strenuous using all the latest technology and range of equipment and weights.

“We’ve had another great year at WLTSC across all of our sporting programme, and are looking forward to the same again for 2019,” says Operations Manager Marc Hughes.

“We know that the New Year is always a time for people to think about taking steps to improve their health and their fitness, and a lot of our sessions are open to non-members if they want to come and give them a try.
