TGI Tennis

Intermediates and above, meet on the indoor courts. Only £2 for the session and followed by our usual TGI social in the bar!

Beginners Tennis

This session is aimed at getting you into tennis on our indoor tennis courts under the expert guidance of our everypoint coaching team. If the weather is good we will go onto our outdoor tennis courts. Rackets can be provided.

Energize Circuits

A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. These circuit classes are very popular week in week out.

Improver drills

If you’re just getting into the game, or maybe returning after a bit of time away from tennis, then Rusty Rackets is for you. A 60 minute session including plenty of fun drills and simple coaching tips, Rusty Rackets is a great way to start playing regularly, learn basic skills, improve your game and make friends!
